He is an Investment Consultant with over 24 years’ experience in structuring complex financial transactions, marketing, leasing and project management. He is also a dynamic entrepreneur, having set up successful businesses in the areas of investment and portfolio management, construction and real estate development and seawater desalination.

- 34 years of electric power generation experience in Ghana’s power sector as a
professional engineer. - 6 years of executive experience in a major power utility company and in a private
power company. - 5 years of board-of-directors experience with a major insurance company in Ghana;
chairing the risk and finance committees. - Education –

- Currently in a senior management role with an Independent Power Producer.
Transformed the organisational culture in the Takoradi Thermal Power Station to raise plant performance from below 50% plant availability in 2005 to a high availability of above 85% in 2013. Performance today is in best of class
- He is a Director and Partner at the prestigious and leading law firm Lithur Brew and Company in Accra, Ghana.
- He is a member of the Ghana Bar Association (GBA) and the International Bar Association (IBA). Philip is a seasoned legal practitioner who has acted for both local and international clients in a variety of law practice areas including employment and labour, corporate and commercial transactions, investment advice, arbitration, aviation, property, intellectual property and the extractive industry.
- He holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Philosophy and Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Ghana and the Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law.
- 17 years of network and system administration .
- 5 years of managerial experience with private corporate organisations in Ghana.
